Well as you all might know, I was an avid kawaii collector up until I think 6 years ago. I only bought something if it was really to my liking and since 2 years or more, I haven't bought anything anymore. recently I was thinking, well it's just going to sit around here and if I don't use it, i might as well make some other people happy with it. So last week I listed about 30 of my sticker sacks/sheets onmy etsy destash section. I'm still going through them in phases of which ones I want to let go. So there will be more batch updates from time to time. Keep an eye on it if you're interested.
It's mostly going to be stickers and maybe some loose sets of memo's/lettersheets, not whole sets or blocks because etsy doesn't allow that kind of stationery for sale. I might get a store-envy account to sell those sometime this year. But for now, the stickers are going like hot cakes. So grab them while you can!
A while back I made these mailboxes and I forgot to share them here. They are so handy to have for my mail receivings and goings!
I used plain ikea cardboard mail boxes, decorated them with the octopode factory and & dylusions rubberstamps. In has a wizard of Oz theme and Out an Alice in wonderland theme. The coloring was done with tria letraset promarkers.
Do you have a special place/tray/box where you store your mail?
Hope you all had a great NYE celebration! Wishing you all the best for the new year!
I haven't been very active on the blog for a little while now, but I will definitely make more of an effort this year. Since august last year I have been working full time at the modern art museum, but now my hours will be reverted back to part time so that means I have more time to dedicate to other things I really missed doing. I haven't sewn in over 6 months... I really, really miss it! Also my Mail art 365 project came to a halt with only roughly 60 days to go... but I will definitely continue on with that.
So that being said, in this new year I will resolutely try to be better at reserving time for the things I love :)
YA dystopian fiction, can't wait to dig in :) I already read Matched (prequel to crossed by Ally Condie) and Delirium (prequel to Pandemonium by Lauren Oliver) and of course I cannot wait to finally read The Hunger Game series by Susan Collins.
Anyone here on goodreads? Look me up under my name to add me if you want :)
